Paulette’s Restaurant is proud to partner with IRIS Orchestra during their special Restaurant Week in a celebration of Arts and Culture of the Mid-South. IRIS Orchestra, under the baton of Michael Stern, is the resident professional orchestra of Germantown Performing Arts Center. Their December 10-11 concerts will feature renowned pianist, Yefim Bronfman. The concert program is the inspiration for this classically inspired menu.
Pear Winter Greens Salad
This light, sweet, and airy salad directly reflects the light, airy feel of the woodwinds that dominate IRIS Orchestra’s December concert program. This delicious salad is an excellent starter for any Paulette’s meal.
Entrée Options (choice of one)
This classic Paulette’s dish pairs excellently with the classical music of IRIS Orchestra. The contemporary, bold flavors are indicative of the composers featured in the upcoming IRIS concert: Fauré, Mahler, Roussel, & especially, Tchaikovsky.
Gulf Redfish with Crabmeat
This fresh and delicious dish, served mushrooms, fresh crabmeat, lemon beurre blanc, and grilled asparagus, compliments IRIS Orchestra’s December concert program in is bright, yet savory nature.
To end the evening, we are featuring another classic French dish, a Paulette’s favorite, Crème Brulee.
